We have a range of sessions throughout the day, each suitable for different ages. Scroll down to find out more. Booking for each session is essential. Free to all thanks to a very generous donation from a community member!!
Tedwen is a Teddy who loves exploring! He invites you and your favourite teddies to join him on an adventure around the EVI garden, exploring the colours, shapes, and textures using our 5 senses. Remember to bring your teddies along!
(Younger / older children are welcome to come along to accompany their siblings but bear in mind the activity is geared towards 4 to 6 year olds).
This interactive session in the EVI garden uses puppets to explore about habitats, food chains, and why animals & wildlife are so important. Learn about the interdependence of all living things and how we all need each other to flourish through a mix of fun games, activities and play!
(Younger / older children are welcome to come along to accompany their siblings but bear in mind the activity is geared towards 6 to 8 year olds).
Learn all about ‘Fire’ and how to be safe around it! We’ll explore how to set up a fire, what makes fire burn, and how to safely put one out. We’ll have lots of fun with fire strikers and then cook something over the fire to eat and share.
(Younger children are welcome to come along to accompany their siblings but will not be able to participate in the activities due to safety reasons.)
Let us know if you are no longer able to attend so that we can fill your space. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time. All children must be accompanied by an adult. In bad weather conditions the activity will be brought inside.
