All-levels yoga class every Thursday 6-7pm.
All levels of experience are welcome! You don’t need to have done any yoga before. Yoga is about tuning in to your own unique experience – it’s not competitive. During class we’ll explore movement, breathing, and mindfulness practices to deepen our sensitivity and self-awareness, develop strength and mobility, and find deep relaxation at the same time.
