Join Us for a Journey to Wellness!
Thriving Communities is thrilled to offer their FREE, award-winning 5-week Mind & Body Wellness Programme at Ebbw Vale Institute, supported by the RIF fund! This transformative programme is designed to help you:
– Calm your mind and gain clarity
– Relax your body and reduce stress
– Boost energy, resilience, and confidence
– Manage emotions and improve relationships
– Sleep better
– Reduce anxiety and depression
Each session includes 90 minutes of gentle yoga, laughter yoga, breathing exercises, practical health tips, guided meditations and other relaxation techniques.

– When: Starts Thursday, 10th October, 9:30am – 11:00am (and then every subsequent Thursday, with last session on 7th November)
– Where: Ebbw Vale Institute (EVI), Church Street, Ebbw Vale NP23 6BE
– Who: Open to adults 18+, no experience needed! Just wear comfy clothes. Mats provided if you don’t have your own.
– Lead Facilitator: Dr. Manmeet Kaur, GP at Pengam Health Centre (Blackwood) and 500 hour Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness & Breathwork Coach
