90 minutes of gentle yoga, laughter yoga, breathing exercises, guided meditations, health discussions and relaxation techniques every week!

Who: Open to everyone 18+ (no experience needed—just bring yourself in comfy clothes! Yoga mats can be provided if you don’t have one)
