Drop in to the Gwent Drug & Alcohol Family Service Family Event, to include;
10.30am – An animated reading of ‘Twinkle Twinkle Arti‘, a story of a little star who is affected by substances and rises to happiness. An ideal opportunity to see how we can support your young people in a way that suits their individual needs.
11.30am – A meditation exercise perfect for you and your family to be used as a tool to promote calmness in your home.
Alongside this there will be wellbeing activities designed to support your families emotional needs. Including affirmation pebble painting, mindful colouring & painting, games, and so much more.
Designed for Families and Professionals working with Families – no booking required and free for all.
