Free Beginner Mindfulness Sessions, with light refreshments.
Join Dr Andrew Lewis at EVI and learn techniques to help ease feelings of anxiety, distress and unhappiness in mind and body.
These sessions will provide an introduction to the core techniques and practices of Mindfulness with an emphasis on how it can help to reduce stress and anxiety in our everyday lives. We can enjoy the experience of cultivating greater calm, feeling more in control, relaxing the body and freeing ourselves from unhelpful overthinking. Mindfulness is simple, beautiful, honest and truthful. It is life-affirming, improving wellbeing and confidence. It is of real, noticeable, measurable benefit to all who take it up and keep it with them on life’s journey.
Dr Andrew Lewis donates one fifth of all income received from the work of Equanimity to Supporting Dalit Children.
