Go Explore Learn will be running eco-inspired wellbeing craft activities that help you unwind, tap into your creativity, and enjoy making something beautiful this festive season. A great opportunity to meet new people and treat yourself!
Journal / notebook making: 10am- 12pm
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll discover the fascinating world of bookbinding and create a lovely hand-bound notebook using an eclectic mix of papers, including pages from books and magazines. During the workshop, you’ll learn about the basic technique of bookbinding; you’ll find out about “signatures,” as well as the three-hole binding method, also known as pamphlet stitch. Make a lovely unique notebook to gift or keep.
Christmas Driftwood cottages: 1pm- 3pm
Make a charming set of driftwood cottages set in a wintery scene to capture the time of year at Christmas. Use a range of materials to make this lovely decoration to keep or gift to someone for Christmas.
A light Christmas buffet and refreshments will be served in the EVI Café at lunchtime (included in your ticket).
