Thanks to generous RIF Funding and support from our charity partner, International Association of Human Values, we’re thrilled to bring you a second 3-day Breath to Health Workshop right here in Ebbw Vale! After a successful launch in March, this transformative event is back to help you reduce stress, enhance well-being, and find inner harmony.
