Starting 21st January, for six-weeks.
Calm your Mind – Improve your Balance – Tone your Body
The Chinese art of Qigong (pronounced Chi Gung) is practised daily all around the world by millions of people of every age and back ground. It is easy to learn and enjoyable to do.
Join Dek Leverton, a Tai Chi & Qigong teacher for 29 years, in exploring these slow, gently flowing movements which are designed to be comfortable for your body and are low in impact. Qigong is one of the most natural and enjoyable ways to reduce stress levels, improve posture and balance, increase flexibility and restore the natural harmony of your body, mind and spirit. Converting tension into flow.
Playing Qigong on a regular basis develops grace, coordination and balance; tones muscles, tendons and joints; stimulates and increases the flow of energy through the internal organs and helps to open both the heart and mind to the joy and mystery of life.

Tension is who you think you should be
Relaxation is who you really are.
