Breathe Your Way to Better Health!
Join us for Breath to Health, a heavily subsidised 3-day transformational workshop designed to help you harness the power of your breath for more energy, less stress, and a clearer mind!
In just three mornings, you’ll learn:
-Simple yet powerful breathing techniques
-How to dissolve stress, release trauma and eliminate anxiety naturally
-Ways to improve sleep and emotional balance
-How to boost energy and resilience
When: Wednesday 19th – Friday 21st November, 9:30am – 12:30pm daily
Where: Ebbw Vale Institute, Church St, Ebbw Vale NP23 6BE.
Who: Open to everyone 18+ (no experience needed—just bring yourself!)
Facilitator: Led by Dr. Manmeet Kaur, GP at Pengam Health Centre, Blackwood joined by other members and volunteers of the Thriving Communities team.
