This life-changing programme is designed to help you:

90 minutes of gentle yoga, laughter yoga, breathing exercises, guided meditations, and relaxation techniques every week!

Who: Open to everyone 18+ (no experience needed—just bring yourself in comfy clothes!)
Facilitator: Led by the incredible Dr Manmeet Kaur, GP at Pengam Health Centre, Blackwood, supported by a team of experts in holistic health care.
