
Join Thriving Communities for their award-winning Breath to Health Workshop, a heavily subsidised 3-day transformational workshop designed to help you harness the power of your breath for more energy, less stress, and a clearer mind!
In just three mornings, you’ll learn:
– Simple yet powerful breathing techniques
– How to reduce stress and anxiety naturally
– Ways to improve sleep and emotional balance
– How to boost energy and resilience
When: Wednesday 26th – Friday 28th March, 9:30am – 12:30pm daily
Where: Ebbw Vale Institute, Church St, Ebbw Vale NP23 6BE.
Who: Open to everyone 18+ (no experience needed—just bring yourself!)
Facilitator: Led by Dr. Manmeet Kaur, GP at Pengam Health Centre, Blackwood joined by other members and volunteers of the Thriving Communities team.
