The Yang Style Tai Chi Simplified 16 Step Form is an ideal way for the complete beginner to be introduced to Tai Chi Exercise.
Yang Style Tai Chi actions are big in size, which will gently stretch the sinews and muscles, opening the joints to release stuck tension and stiffness that has accumulated in the body and effecting circulation. With regular diligence the individual will attain good health and wellbeing.
Starts 12th September ’22. 5pm – 6pm. Weekly class fee – £8pp.
